When engaging in our services you agree to the following Terms of Services:

All references to a time frame stated in days refers to calendar days.

  • We accept any and all bank or wire transfer fees, these are always incorporated into our invoices. In addition to the fees mentioned in the invoice in the price of our services, these fees are not eligible for reimbursement under the ‘ 30 day money back warranty service’ we offer.
  • Our ‘money back warranty service’ extends 30 days after the payment date of the invoice. When applying for this service we will need a proof of payment, before we can reimburse the invoice. One may apply for this service before the service expiration date and provide a proof of payment at a later date without voiding this service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
  • When applying for our ‘money back warranty service’ we require a copy of the invoice to be supplied in during the application. Without an invoice we are unable to start the reimbursement process.
  • The reimbursement process may take up to 30 days after eligibility for reimbursement has been determined.
  • Due to the international nature of our services, there may be a delay which causes to the reimbursement to be completed at a later date than intended. We are always open to requests to provide proof of payment in these cases.
  • As an advisory organ we claim no responsibility to the loss of profits derived from our services.
  • We strive to provide adequate descriptions of our services and be as transparent as possible. We claim no responsibility regarding misrepresented products or services.
